- Postgraduate credentials: FCPS / MS / MD / American Board Certification / MRCP / FRCS
- Minimum 10 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary care hospital
- Leadership experience in an institution or department setting
- Preferable: Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital
