What Will You Do as the Discipline Leader?

The C2 Measurement & Experimentation discipline is a diverse and dynamic team consisting of APS staff, contractors, and academic and military partners. This team’s primary objective is to deliver innovative research that enhances the operational effectiveness of ADF headquarters, including JOC.

• Key Capabilities: The team focuses on conducting studies and experiments to improve ADF’s C2 capabilities, targeting both sociotechnical dimensions and operational effectiveness.
• Ongoing Engagement: The team regularly collaborates with international partners and is a critical part of key military operations, such as the Agile C2 STaRShot and Integrated C4 Project.

What We Are Looking for in You

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles related to C2 Measurement or a similar field.
• Ability to Travel: Frequent travel to Canberra may be required.
• Experience with military and Defence stakeholders is a significant advantage.
