Are you passionate about guiding children and families through their sacramental journey? The Archdiocese of Brisbane is seeking a Sacramental Program Coordinator to join Our Lady of the Angels Parish in Northern Suburbs, QLD. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering meaningful sacramental experiences, including Confirmation, First Communion, and Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement sacramental preparation programs.
• Organize and lead parent sessions, workshops, and retreats.
• Work closely with parish priests, volunteers, and school staff.
• Manage sacramental records and ensure smooth enrollment processes.
• Promote the program via parish bulletins, newsletters, and social media.
• Organize liturgies and oversee materials, certificates, and resources.
• Uphold safeguarding and child safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and safeguarding training.
